MAJOR Backend workflow issues

Helloo

I have a back end workflow that creates a new entry in the db.

The workflow sends 2 parameters which are saved in each new entry.

All day my app has been working fine but randomly it has suddenly stopped working, the parameters are not being sent/saved in the new entry!

I did not update the app between when it was working and when it was not…

Has anyone else experienced issues this afternoon?
