Can anyone point me in the right direction and let me know how I would build this simple Matrix with repeating group and option sets.
Any pointers would be amazing 
A typical approach would be to use multiple groups - of fixed widths. Create styles for your red, amber green etc groups. Put the text inside each group.
It’s probably complete overkill to put the values in tables, options sets and use repeating groups.
