Please I need help on how to create this membership plan card box and also how to ensure once the payment plan is clicked the discount follow suit.

Here is a template for a simple pricing element that is responsive.
It doesn’t have any workflows though, so you would have to add that yourself. Also, it doesn’t have the monthly/yearly/quarterly tabs either. That would be something you would need to add as well.
Anyways, thought it would at least give you something to start with.

But my real issue is how to add the workflows to enable it function properly. For instance, when you click on the quarterly, it would change the prices for all the plans and the same goes for yearly. So any idea on that.

Ok. Do you know how to use set states? Or URL parameters?
There are multiple ways to do this.
One example would be to set a state for the choice that the user makes. (I would personally put your options in an option set and refer to those.)
Then, based on which state is selected, you would change the text and the workflow to match.
Would you know how to do something like that? Or do you need an example?
