[Mobile App] problems on some phones

Hello,

I’ve created a very basic app (for internal use) - currently, I’ve only released it to the Android Store. I don’t understand why the app only works on the one phone I’ve tested:

- Samsung Galaxy A53 5G, Android 15

it doesn’t work on:

- Samsung Galaxy S8, Android 9

- Galaxy Tav S5e tablet, Android 11

- Motorola G84, Android 15

The app won’t launch at all. Why? Best Regards, Mariusz
