Web app not working on Samsung phones

Hello,

Some of my users are seeing this on their phone when they trying to open my app, and seem like mostly for saumsung phones, I was wondering why is this? Is anyone experiencing the same issues?

I have a Samsung (S23 Galaxy Ultra) and your app installed and seems to load fine.

To be clear, your link was to an app from the Google Play store, not a URL to view your app in a regular browser. If you include the link to the actual app URL I’m happy to check that as well!
