This was an oversight, adding the ability to choose when you already have both a web and mobile app in a paid project soon!

So, currently, I have a live Web version. I am working on the Mobile version of my App.
So, since I do not have a live mobile version, can I stay on the web-only plan, work on my mobile version, until I am ready to publish my mobile version and then get on the web+Mobile plan?

Anyone with a live mobile app or anyone who is planning to deploy a mobile app after October 1, 2025.
Build and test: Free (no plan needed)
Deploy to live: Mobile plan is needed
Publish to app stores: Mobile plan is needed

I have a Web App that is live, deployed.
I am working on and testing the mobile version of this App.
I am paying for a starter plan.
So, I can stay with that starter plan as long as I do not deploy my Mobile App.
