Need help creating a database where a user can input information about multiple contacts

I need help creating a database where a user can input the contact information for lots of different people (essentially making profiles on them)

Were building an app where part of it is contact management so a user can add a contact card for someone, and then input that persons name, number, email, social medias, etc.

Pretty new to bubble and can’t seem to find any resources on how to build this so if you could give me a push in the right direction it would be greatly appreaciated!
