Need help with bubble app - AI builder not working

Hi I’m Bob,

I just joined and tried using the AI builder to build my bubble app but the AI didn’t work it created only part of the app and the logic isn’t working and pages/components aren’t completed? How do I edit it with AI after it’s created V1? I can’t find the AI in the editor and I don’t want to use the editor tools - I thought bubble was an AI app builder not a drag and drop builder.

Is this normal? Other AI tools I’ve used before create the full app and then there’s the drag and drop builder if I want to make manual changes but there’s usually an AI chat to make the changes instead. Also how do I get the code so I can host it? And the database didn’t create correctly?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m a bit lost. Thanks for you help.

Hi.

Bubble’s AI provides a skeletal scaffolding UI but unfort it doesnt wire up the ui elements to workflows (at least not consistently) and the same for DB schema as you can see.

Also just a fyi that Bubble doesn’t let you export code.

Yeah, I mean, less than 5 minutes of searching the forum answers all these questions.

I think some of these posts are just people trolling the forum
