Have a question, need to create an app / web app , where a person puts in the customers name / building name and number and then they select what building services they want from a Google sheet or excel sheet for that service like painting a wall in / at a building of 2 or more lots , new to this product, would like to advise that the business uses it so keen for someone to give assistance for getting started

Is there a way I can update the sheet into this thread ??

You can either use a paid plugin or set up a Google Sheet with a Google Apps Script to retrieve any data from the document. Alternatively, you could try https://sheetdb.io/.
