[New Free Plugin] Auto reload page on update

Hello,

We just open sourced a small plugin ‘Reload on update’ as the bubble community may find it useful.

When you make changes to your app in the bubble editor, this plugin will automatically reload the page instead of waiting you to manually click it. Especially useful if you don’t want your users to click on the page refresh once you push app changes live, and potentially useful for mobile apps too.

How to use:

  1. Install the plugin
  2. Run the workflow step ‘Auto reload on page update’ once on the page.
  3. That’s it!

Happy Bubbling!

Cheers,
The AirDev team

This plugin doesn’t seem to work… how do I set it up?

Once you install, open workflow tab and run the workflow step ‘auto reload on page update’

That worked, thanks. Used the on page load event in workflow.

It’s not working for me:

Did I do something wrong?

I made custom even and chose auto reload on page update.

Thanks

Nevermind actually found it from above “on page load event in workflow.” thank you!

Hello, is there something happen with the plugin? It does not work anymore since last 2 weeks. Please double check @gaurav . Thank you!

Something internally has change. Hope the author could take a look it.

Hey @phong.nguyen and @pbenito, I also noticed this plugin wasn’t working so released my own free version:

You can find it here.

The browsers deprecated an item that was required for this to work. I reported to AirDev on 8/5 and they responded they were working on it, but have not done anything since then.

I moved to the script in the post below.
