Could you please share more information about how you implement the plugin? I think there are some things that need to be fixed, for example you set the same id myRG for multiple RGs.
Hello, just purchased the plugin for a marketplace style app and I’m having an issue where when I change products the image from the previous products populates. This occurs with all other products. The first product populates correctly however the products I click on afterwards all show those images. I know it’s set up correctly because I’m changing from another plugin and it works correctly as far as displaying the correct parent group images. Is there a specific way to set this up? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Regrettably, the plugin has a limitation in that its data source cannot be updated. I apologize for this inconvenience; we attempted to enable updates, but it was unsuccessful.

I have a situation where the RG-turned carousel needs to load in additional entries after page load (as in, new entries can be created after the carousel is rendered).
My issue is the new entries are not being rendered as part of the carousel.
See the screenshot below: the first two entries are correctly part of the carousel as it was rendered on page load. The last two were added after page load.
I have show all items immediately ticked and if I untick the carousel fails to render at all.
I’ve tried using the refresh action to no avail as well.
What’s the recommended approach to solve this?

You are correct; we are in the process of integrating a new element into the plugin. This addition aims to have carousel functionality, including the ability to update the data source without needing to refresh the page.

Yes, we need to rebuild the plugin, which may take some time, but we aim to release the new elements next month.
I have an item in my carousel that is conditionally shown. When it is invisible, I have it set to “Collapse” as well, so the element should be totally gone. However, it still shows up as a blank item in my carousel (see video). How do I conditionally remove/hide one of my items?
