I’m new to Bubble and really excited to move forward with it seriously. My goal is to build a few strong portfolio projects that can help me grab the attention of potential clients (freelance or agency work).
I’m confident with logic and complex workflows, so even if the projects are advanced, I’ll manage to build them!
Could you please suggest 3 project ideas that would really stand out to clients and show solid Bubble skills?

I’m walking the same path as you — I’m currently looking to build one project for each type of app that’s most in demand on Bubble: one SaaS, one marketplace, and one CRM or management system.
I think if you include AI somewhere in your app, it will attract more attention, since it’s something almost everyone wants in their apps these days.
Why don’t you replicate famous apps like Instagram, Netflix, Uber, and DoorDash?
Each of them brings its own challenges and for a client with little technical knowledge it is much easier to understand how versatile and talented you are. The impact the customer will have when they see that you recreated Uber is much greater than seeing a system that they don’t even really understand how it works…
And now, with the help of AI, you can even add many different functions to these projects…
Would need to be new idea to stand out, otherwise it will just blend in with the rest.
Look to see what’s missing in templates and build what’s missing. Nobody stands out standing in line.
I’d suggest browsing Upwork or Fiverr to get some ideas for what you could build and see what’s currently in demand. Blend ideas and come up with something new. What’ll impress clients is the implementation.
I cloned Netflix using the MERN stack in 2021 as a full-stack developer. That project helped me land a position at a startup and even attracted attention from other clients. I’m new to Bubble, so I’m not entirely sure if it’s possible to achieve the same here, but I’m excited to give it a try

I’ve been learning bubble too lately and have a full blueprint and design of my app, requiring a web-based admin portal and consumer facing native mobile apps on iOS & Android. It’s a rewards / feedback app and I’ve tried to strip the MVP to be very simple. My issue is that I only have limited time per day to work on my app so it’s not moving very fast. Yeah, I can definitely help you, but first I’d like to discuss your project in detail. I need to analyze it so I can figure out the best approach. I was a full-stack MERN developer too, so I can go beyond just no-code solutions if needed.
I’ll try to complete it as fast as possible since I’m also working on several projects for my showcase.
