[New] We redesigned the Showcase: More content, better filters, one home for it all

Hi everyone,

My name is Elisabeth, a product manager here at Bubble. I want to share something that’s been exciting to work on: a refresh of our Showcase page.

The Showcase has always existed to celebrate what builders in this community create. But the page hadn’t kept up with the stories we wanted to tell. So many incredible apps, compelling founders, and real results with no great way to surface all of it in one place.

We fixed that, and gave the Showcase a new home at bubble.io/customers.

What’s new

The refreshed Showcase brings together all the stories we tell across multiple channels. Case studies, podcast episodes, blog posts, and app gallery features all live in one place now, instead of scattered across the site.

We also added better filtering so you can find stories that are actually relevant to what you’re building — be it a SaaS product, an internal tool, a mobile app, or something in between. And we’ve expanded the content formats, because some stories are better told in a five-minute read and others in a video.

What you’ll find inside

A couple stories we had to mention:

  • Formula Bot. David Bressler built an AI data analytics tool during paternity leave. No technical background, one person, a weekend project — that’s now serving over a million users. He still runs it solo.

  • Elita. Paloma Newton and Jackson Gritching pivoted their entire business in six weeks. No software experience, a Bubble-built MVP, a three-minute pitch — they won their category at SXSW Sydney. Elita is now the world’s first pet longevity platform.

That’s the kind of thing we built this page to highlight. Not just the headline metrics (though a million users is pretty remarkable), but the reality behind them: someone with an idea, a problem to solve, and the determination to build it themselves.

This page exists because of what you’ve built

None of this works without this community. The Showcase is only as good as the apps in it, and the apps in it reflect years of builders doing genuinely hard things: validating ideas without a dev team, launching mobile apps in weeks instead of months, building tools that out-compete products with years of head start.

If you’ve built something you’re proud of, we’d love to feature it. Stories from this community tend to resonate most with people who are exactly where you were when you started. Submit your app at bble.io/story.

Go take a look at bubble.io/customers — and if something stands out to you, or if you want to share your own story, drop it in the thread below. We’re always looking for what to feature next.
