You’re referencing a post that’s nearly 6 months old about a beta feature that has evolved since then.
Bubble has in fact listened and has made changes. Vertical is here to stay, but there’s now a compact workflow view as well as a grid view for workflows in the side panel.
The onus is on you to get up to speed. You should try it yourself and/or catch up on the relevant threads. The latest post from Bubble is here.
