Can I just ask a few basic questions please?
I would like to use the free option to start with, where is the best place to start?
If I design the App, how will other people use it or have access to it?
Could I convert it to a mobile App?

Starting out i’d recommend “Build With Bubble” & “Matt Neary” On Youtube.
You can share your app with the free plan it’ll just have bubble’s logo on the screen opposed to a white label.
It’s a few companies out there that can wrap ypur webapp to a mobile app once it’s complete.
