How can I get the sign-up popup size to extend to the bottom?
I have added one field to the standard sign-up group, now the background is as high as the login element.

Have you tried playing around changing the size of Group Form?
Each Signup form has 1 main group and 3 sub-groups. If you want a bigger sign-up form you will have to increase the size of Group Form as well.
