I have searched in Plugins and well as UI Builder.

Just use the Ionic Toggle Element
If you don’t want to use a plugin, you can checkout the editor view on my website and see how I’ve created a toggle using groups and states. Might sound intimidating, but it takes only a few minutes - probably the same time you’d spend on that plugin.
Plugins are great and I use them too where I need to, but just be aware that with each plugin you load in, you’re likely adding a whole bunch of code dependencies that will need to load each time your pages load. This can have an adverse effect on the loading speed of your pages.
In my tests adding that Ionic plugin from Bubble and placing just one toggle on an empty page on an otherwise empty app will add just over 1mb to your page size due to all of the libraries it loads in the background, 99% of which you can’t actually access via that plugin
