NoCodeMinute Bubble Standards - For Building Large Bubble Apps

Spent some time documenting the internal standards we use at NoCodeMinute when building larger Bubble applications.

A lot of Bubble content focuses on MVP speed, but we’ve found long-term scalability usually comes down to:

  • database structure
  • reusable elements
  • workflow organization
  • search optimization
  • privacy rules
  • preventing technical debt early

So we turned many of our internal practices into a visual “Bubble Standards” guide for our team.

Some of the biggest issues we repeatedly see in Bubble audits:

  • advanced filters everywhere
  • lists stored on data types
  • duplicated UI
  • inconsistent workflow naming
  • privacy rules added too late
  • no scalable architecture planning

Curious what standards or rules other Bubble developers/agencies follow internally for larger projects.

Would love feedback from others building long-term Bubble systems.

surprised you managed to condense so much information in one page. Wow.

Yeah, AI is great like that. It was a couple of pages of me talking through the best ways to build in Bubble condensed to a single doc.

@J805 that’s great to see. You’ve put together good points of scalable and clean development

We already have some more ideas after I sent this to my team as well. Page 2 might be coming soon.

I was just about to compliment you on your graphic design chops. Really top notch, clean, and professional infographic! Did AI provide just the copy and content organization, or did it generate the imagery?

Nice work! And great tips too!

:+1:

Haha :joy: I just typed out a bunch of information I learned over the years and gave it my branding and logo and it came up with the rest after a few iterations.

Here is what we have learned so far with building with AI as well. Just in case someone is interested.
