Not able to add yes/no to list text in repeating group

Hi

I currently have a repeating group that displays a list of questions, 1 per a repeating group row.

What I am wanting to do is create a new thing in another database and have the “question + toggle result” joined together into a list.
When I go to select the element in the workflow my only chose is current cells text. I cant even select the toggle switch or the text that includes the toggle result.

This is also what the app view looks like. The second row of text in the repeating group is my desired result that I am wanting to create a new list out of for a report.
