Not able to save image in data base

Hi Team,

I’m not able to save an image to a new record. The PO enquiry database. An image is automatically preview via native camera plugin , but the image cannot be show and saved because I can’t set the field properly.

On another page, I’m able to change the image and update the record fine. I don’t know how to fix it!
