I’m trying to add a user with an atypical email format. I’m getting this error message:
There was an issue creating the entry: NOT_VALID_EMAIL
Then I’m getting an email form bubble with a code. It looks like this process is to enable me to authorize or safe list the email. Only problem is it says to send the code in “the chat.”
Is this an explicit instruction or am I to respond in email? If it is explicit and there is some chat somewhere, where?
The instructions in the email are in adequate to a gross negligence level. I need help ASAP as I need this user added.
Bubble’s process here is a failure and I need help.
