Have no idea why I am getting "Please include an email" on sign up

I have been trying to solve this problem for a few hours now. I get a dialog box that says “please include an email” for my sign up. I only have two fields for sign up, email and password. https://bubble.io/page?type=page&name=signup&id=partnerx&tab=tabs-1
I cannot figure out why I cannot get the sign up to work.

Your link seems to be broken. Double-check that:

  1. You’ve made your app public to view
  2. That it’s the correct URL for your editor. Looks like your link is missing some parts.

So you haven’t assigned values in your workflow to sign the user up.

Have you done the lesson on creating a sign up system? That would fix your problem. Go to your Bubble home page and it’s with the other lessons at the bottom of the screen.

I have a similar problem. The field is email. The content type is email. I keep getting this message, “Please provide a email.”. How to trouble shoot? In debugger, it says the field is empty.

Hello, I had the same problem, in my chaos I had two actions for the same active form, delete and it solved it.

This issue seems like it might have been resolved, but for others having the same issues, check your privacy roles. I had recently made changes to my privacy roles and one of them was inadvertently keeping the email owner from seeing their own email address. I made that changed and it started working again.
