When something changes in the editor, the preview of the app displays a bar on top with the following notification bar:
Is it possible to edit the text and/or the look of this bar?
After my app is published, when a new version is pushed, does the end user see this same notification?

Hi there, @ken1… yes, users will see that notification when your app is live and you publish updates to it. You can change the text on the Settings >> Languages tab in the editor, and this thread (which includes a link to a plugin) is probably worth a read if you want to customize the look of the bar.
