Number of apps in personal plan

With the personal plan is there a limit to the number of apps I can develop?

I’d like to create 4 or so that just have testing components in them before I start venturing out to commercial apps.

Each app has its own plan. If you have 4 apps, you’d have 4 Personal plans.

You can, however, have as many “hobby” plans as you like. I have A LOT
