Option Set Options based on app data

Hey,

I need to be able to have a way that from a form on the site I can create a new thing but it seems the only to be able to create a new app data and not a option within a option set.

Is there a way that the option set options can dynamically get its data from a app data type? Or is there a way i can make a form that adds options to a option set directly?

any help please.

an optionset is always static and cant be changed from any user except from editors, simply not possible
