Does anyone know of a way to paste an image and save it in Bubble? I’ve searched and tried a few things but haven’t found a way that works.

You can try using Bubble’s Rich Text Editor set to tooltip, basic mode. Pasting images in there will work, but you’ll then need to manipulate the value of the RTE to save the image itself – mainly finding the [img] and [/img] tags and replacing with nothing to extract the URL. From there, you can save to a normal image field in your DB.
That’s where I’d start!
