Why can't Rich Input Text Editor save images that are inserted through links?

Well, the Rich Input Text Editor works fine when it comes to displaying text data. But when the images are to be displayed which are entered by users by the link the images does not show. Can someone help

It is a bit old, but I have just found out, that when I insert image in the (bubble Rich Text Editor) I need to:

  • upload image first and get the link
  • press insert image - popup will ask me to enter:
    • url (actualy I am copying URL to the clipboard using Air Copy)
    • ! it is necessary to enter at least one value for width or height (otherwise I see only an icon instead of picture, because RTE stores the link with bad BBCode)

Probably a bug.

Actually it is not always like this. I cannot investigate deeply before my app release, so just a note. After I resized my images exactly for the text and after getting their URL via Air Copy, it behaves normally.
