To assist you more effectively with the question or issue youâre experiencing with our plugin, could you please confirm if youâre using the PDF Conjurer (free) or PDF Conjurer Pro plugin?
Additionally, weâd appreciate it if you could share:
A detailed description of your use case.
Screenshots and screencasts showing how youâve set up the workflow, the plugin elements configuration, the problem occurring, and what you were expecting instead. For recording screencasts, Loom is a great option.
Please provide the type of device and operating system version youâre testing on, as well as the version of the plugin you have installed. If error messages appear during screencasts, please make sure your browser console is open and send us a link to your recording.
If the plugin has an update available, could you try installing it to see if it fixes the issue? If the problem persists, please send us the more details requested above.
We also suggest thoroughly reviewing our demo editor page and the documentation for successful plugin integration.
For your convenience, here are links to the Demo Editor & Documentation for both plugins:
I just wanted to check in and see if you managed to find a solution to the issue you were experiencing. If not, could you please provide the details mentioned in my previous message? This includes specifics on your setup, use case, and any relevant screenshots or screencasts to help us better understand and resolve the issue.
I know its a free plugin and I cannot ask for too muchâŠ
but you just restructured the plugin without any announcement and have some important functions only available in the Pro version and simply deleted them in the normal version.
For such a big agency an announcement would be really appreciated to not break some working apps.
Feel free to check the latest updates and use whichever plugin version best fits your appâs core functionality. You can also try the Pro version by subscribing first to see how your app might benefit from PDF Conjurer Pro.
If you have any other product-related questions, donât hesitate to reach out.
Hello, I still have this problem, I am using the free version for now.
I currently have a repeating group inside a repeating group, the following is my db structure :
Each student has a set of skills (red), and inside each skill, there are acheivements (blue). I need to display somehow all achievements inside each skill in a table form in my pdf.
Visually, my db structure would looks like this :
Skill 1 :
Achievement 1
Achievement 2
âŠ
Skill 2 :
Achievement 1
Achievement 2
âŠ
I achieved it in my app by creating nested repeating group, but Iâm confused of how I can achieve it in pdf conjurer.
Maybe it would be easier if the pdf took the image of my existing repeating group so I donât need to hustle that much ?

Unfortunately, youâll need to manually update each workflow when switching to the Pro plugin. This is because workflows are tied to specific plugin versions, even if the actions share the same namesâthey still refer to two different plugins.
This limitation applies to all plugins, not just PDF Conjurer. Let us know if you need guidance on migrating your workflows or if thereâs anything else we can assist you with.
I purchased the new PDF Conjurer Pro and have read your documentation and tried to simply recreate your demo - using the backend workflow to create a PDF and get the URL so I can save it to the bubble database and work with the file.
No matter what I try, I get a workflow error - Workflow error - Plugin action PDF Conjurer (backend) | Upload PDF error: TypeError: context.request is not a function at eval (eval at build_function (/var/task/util/util_harness.js:37:12), :64:40) at eval (eval at build_function (/var/task/util/util_harness.js:37:12), :123:8) at /var/task/plugin_api_v4_alpha.js:198:35 at harness (/var/task/harness.js:115:21) at /var/task/harness.js:154:70 at withGlobalHandlers (/var/task/harness.js:66:41) at Runtime.myHandler [as handler] (/var/task/harness.js:154:16) at Runtime.handleOnceNonStreaming (file:///var/runtime/index.mjs:1173:29)
What is the issueâŠNeed help hereâŠ
Final question what is the Access Key, Secret Key, EtcâŠis that for the external pdf generation - such as PDF.co - as you have no documentation on it.
We have looked into your message and details you shared with us and managed to reproduce the problem on our end. It is related to a deprecated Bubble function used for the action. We have already forwarded this to the development team for a prompt resolution, and will get back to you with updates as soon as they are available.
If you have any other questions in meantime, please let us know.
I need to generate event registration cards. I have events, teams, and team members (players, coaches, and managers.
The registration card will have header information
Image, event name, team name
list of players, coaches, and managers
for each member, I need to have a place for name date of birth membership number, and roles. (all in the DB). Also need blank spaces for the player number and signature, to be completed on the event day.
I may want to print just one team or every team registered for the event.
I second your post @marshall - just purchased the plugin and am running into the same issue. I guess weâre waiting to hear back from Zeroqode on Bubbleâs response to their bug reportâŠ
As a workaround - and to the extent you do not want to upload your PDF output files to AWS (the main added feature to the paid/Pro versionâs âUpload (backend)â workflow action) - you could try using the âUpload (backend)â workflow action from the free version of the plugin, which you would need to install if itâs not already, alongside your Pro workflow actions.
Disclaimer: This workaround is a bit annoying because it will duplicate most of the PDF Conjurer plugin workflow actions (as both the free and Pro plugins use many of the same) and youâll have to sift through the duplicates when selecting any Conjurer workflow action.
Lastly, your question re: Access Key, Secret Key, etc. got lost in the shuffle. @ZeroqodeSupport - Hopefully this post resurfaces it and it gets addressed!
Definitely, the use-case you are describing should be totally achievable with the PDF Conjurer Pro, as you can create texts, tables, and images with all the information from the database as you mentioned. Also, you can set a footer or header for the signature and player number.
To see if the plugin fully meets your needs, you can check the pluginâs demo page with examples on setting it up and our documentation for more info on each functionality.
If you want to ensure the plugin fully meets your needs, please consider subscribing and testing it firsthand. And if you will have any questions along the way, feel free to let us know at any time here or on our support email: support@zeroqode.com
Our development team is currently addressing the concern, and a new plugin version will be available soon. We will notify you once itâs ready to ensure everything is working fine on your end.
If you have any other questions in meantime, please let us know.
We are pleased to inform you about the new plugin version for PDF Conjurer proâversion 1.2.0. In this update, we have fixed the âUpload PDFâ action that was previously causing an error message due to a deprecated Bubble function used in it.
Could you please update the plugin in your app, test it out, and let us know if everything is working well on your side?
Your feedback is important to us to ensure everything is running smoothly.
