Phone input format

Hi!
I need to make an input where the user can enter their phone number. The input should look like the one in the picture.
Can you please tell me how it can be implemented?

Hi there, @olgahvesko… if you set the content format of the input to US Phone, the user will see exactly what you are showing in your post when they click in the field to enter their phone number.
