How can I allow user to sign up with their Phone number and they are going to verify it but having access to the web app

You can use twillio or similar to send them a text with a code in it, make account signup based on that

I will really appreciate your reply and your time.
But I’ve been on twilio for days now, and am not getting it at all. Is there a video you can recommend to me or share with me. I will be grateful for that.
