Picture uploader not visible on loading page

Hi! I placed a picture uploader but it is not shown on loading the page even when it says is visible on page load…

And of course is not visible in the preview as well

What’s wrong?

What are you expecting it to look like?

(it doesn’t look like anything in your editor - what are you Appearance settings?)…

Appearance seems to be ok but the uploader do not appear when the page is loaded.
