Picture uploader Placeholder condition is missing

Hello everyone, I can not find Placeholder option under the conditionals tab of the picture uploader element. yet when I copy the condition from an input element and paste it to the uploader, Placeholder option appears and works nicely. I’m wondering is there a reason for not having placeholder option in picture uploaders. Cheers

There’s no Placeholder in the conditional menu of the Bubble Picture Uploader element. I need this for when users change languages please.

What about doing something that I do, create a background image as a conditional. If it isn’t empty then you can display the background image. It doesn’t have to be text. Just an idea. Hope that helps.

Thanks, that’s a good idea! It’s still disappointing that the Bubble team missed this simple point and haven’t resolved it after multiple people have pointed it out.o

Ya. Once I figured out the background image, though, it made my life a lot easier. Maybe send a bug report and hope they can do it real quick for us. Otherwise they will let you know.
