Picture Uploader with crop option

I want users to be able to crop their profile photo before uploading

Or better yet, it automatically focus a photo to the face

Is there such an option?

Does it automatically focus to face?

I dont think so, i think its for general usage even for profile photos or + stuff.

For auto-face focus will require more complex motor.
