Plugin Developer needed

I need a plugin developed for bigbluebutton: https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/dev/api.html

It needs to do the following:

• Create a Room with all the params
• Pre-upload Slides
• Get the recording when available
• Get recordings
• Delete recordings
• Join user (as normal or as moderator using password
• set configxml
• Get if meeting is running
• (if possible) authenticate using oauth of bubble
