The pop-up grayout settings seem to be stuck on the default colour.
For example, the grayout for this pop-up should be white, but it’s showing up as the default black-ish colour in dev and live mode.

Do you have any conditionals? And are you sure the popup is using the style you created?

100% sure. There are no coditionals that I can see, it’s so strange.
This is a tough one. Thanks for looking into this!
(I’m wondering if I might be able to override it by setting the grayout colour with code instead of the bubble style/appearance settings on the pop-up)
If this popup is a reusable element then you need to set the greyout color on the reusable element again when you place it on the page.

I didn’t change anything at all and when I checked back it was suddenly working
