Popup Window on Open of App - Workload Usage

My client was a little flustered by this popup that shows in the app when opening…

It seems like a little bit of an exaggeration, but I don’t have an ability in the app metrics tab to go back to whatever date Bubble is using to display to users. Anybody seeing these popups as a bit of an overexaggeration?

The only thing I could do was to look at July 24 week as the start

If that week indicates the average of the month that would mean the last month was not 11 Million Units but more like 2.6 Million…FAR LESS than what Bubble is showing in the popup at 11 Million.

Not a huge issue for my client though as I did the updates last month so now we are at around 130,000 Units for the month if using the last week as an average.

@fede.bubble could you ask the team what is going on in the popups and why the numbers are so far off from what could be gleaned from the Workfload Units metrics tab in the apps?

Nice bit of optimisation. The other way to look at it is the old model discouraged efficiency.

It’s hard to know without the full month overview. I have an app where 20% is as the beginning of the month in one day because of an import.

@fede.bubble I think it could be a good idea to add more options in the view “month” for WU. I often would like to see previous month…

Yep @boston85719 no prob.
If you want the team to take a deeper dive into the numbers it’ll help if they know what app it is. Feel free to send me a DM with the details

Btw, just to make things clear: the pop up is looking at your last completed month (that would be July) so depending on when you made the changes to the app the numbers would be different

Thank you. This was accomplished by not touching the database until the user makes payment…previously all products and options were created in database as the user made their way through the flow.

The feature that would have reduced the WUs was deployed to live on August 6th, 2024.

+1 on that…I believe they may have plans in the works for that already, but I’m not 100% sure.
