Can a complete POS application with backend integration be built using bubble? If yes, where is the data stored and can the data be accessed for reporting and analytics?

Yes, this is very much what Bubble if for. Data is stored in AWS (but that’s really a behind the scene aspect). And yes, you can access it to display in your page, via the API, etc.
