Preventing scraping/copying? Is it possible?

I want to make sure users of my site are unable to scrape large quantities of data. Is there an easy way to do this? Specifically, I want to make sure that there is no RSS feed of my content available and also wondered if there was a way to prevent copy/pasting of text?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

For the copying and pasting of text, Airdev recently released the test selection plugin, which receives any copied text. I haven’t used it myself yet, but you could have a pop up that shows when ever a user has any selected text, or something like that.
