Preview "not available" for Agency plan

Hi, I am having an issue with the Preview mode

I do some changes in the editor and then when click on Preview, a new tab is open but suddenly I get a Pop Up window asking for credentials. I input the same credentials as my account in bubble.io and it doesn’t work. It keep asking me the credentials.

All this is happening when trying to preview the app that I am creating using an Agency plan.

I created another app using the free plan and the preview works perfectly

How can I fix this?

Usually you have to open the credentials tab within your settings and re-preview.

If you change the credentials and input the new ones it should work. Otherwise file a bug report.

Hi, I was not able to find neither the credentials tab within my settings nor the re-preview. However, I reset my password, logged off and logged back in again and the issue it is still happening
