Simple question: In the Privacy tab, what’s the difference between “Current User” and “This User”?

How do I prevent a user seeing another user’s data?

So what is the difference between Current User is Log In and Current User is This User? All my searches are based on unique user to prevent any mistakes. The confusion is in the This (anything).

This is very enlightening. If I log in as Julien and select user Bob to see his email, the rule “Current User is This User” would read “Juilen is Bob” which is false.
