Guys client of mine has shared an issue with me - here’s the loom. I don’t seem to find what can be the problem…
For some reason page freezes or delays actions. Is this a common problem that can have a simple solution? I don’t seem to find any major issues here…
The RG contains around 2K users… Each user has only 7 text fields…
Where should I be looking for causes?
It’s probably loading all the user data in the background and 2K users is a lot to show all at once. Could you uncheck the “Show all items immediately” on both RG?
Sure, will try. But what does it have to do with the Group Focus loading late, though?
And btw it’s the same in dev mode with only 190 text users in the DB…
I should probably mention, it works fine on my computer. The problem outlined in the video is only when client uses it…
If the browser isn’t busy downloading 2K users I bet the group focus would pop-up right away
