Problem sending email with template via Copilot's Sendgrid plugin

Is any one using the Copilot’s SendGrid plugin with template (with no template data)? It is not sending any email for me. Bubble email and Eamil For Canvas plugin work fine with the same API key. The email shows up in the log, but SendGrid has no record.

Anyone uses this plugin with Sendgrid’s templates?
