Problems Updating User data

For some reason, I cannot save changes to the database using the App Data tab in settings. I get an error pop-up when I click save (the error message changes).

“There was an issue modifying the entry Unexpected server error: please report the code parameter to the team"

I’ve noticed that some fields can be updated with a workflow, but some fields (updated from the Google Maps API call) produce this error that appears in the Server Log after the entry that says the user data was updated.

“Workflow error - Sorry, we ran into a temporary bug and can’t complete your request. We’ll fix it as soon as we can; please try again in a bit!”

Anyone else had this issue?

What plan are you on?

If you are the account administrator and you are not on a free plan, I advise you to create a bug report.

The issue (and others on this app) seem to be centred around anything to do with Google Places and GeoCode APIs

Same for me, is maybe general outage…

I can’t get through to customer service, just some useless AI that doesn’t know how to answer my questions. Were you able to resolve your issue?

if you tell the support bot that you want to submit a bug report it will collect your info and submit the ticket to the support team

Yes but they never answer… more than 24h ago !
