Publishing to app store issue

Hi all,

I am trying to publish a first version of my Bubble mobile app to the app store. I followed the steps in the documentation iOS/App Store | Bubble Docs but my Bubble app isn’t connecting to my Apple app.

Am I missing something?

Thank you in advance!

It seems to be an issue on the Bubble side, as myself and another developer have encountered the same problem. The history shows the mobile build being submitted, but nothing actually happens.

I have already created a thread on this issue and also wrote to support. We are waiting for a solution @nick.carroll

I was having some issues getting builds to App Store Connect. I created a new Key ID and private key and it worked after that. Not sure if that did anything, but worth a shot…

We found the issue and are going to be deploying a fix shortly

Was this resolved? I deployed my native app to iOS last night and it worked the first time but I deployed again less than an hour later after making a small change.

This time it never showed up in App Store Connect and I never got an email from Apple about it… it’s been almost 20 hours.

Have you created a new mobile build or just sent an OTA?

Ah it was an OTA. Thanks.

I thought that would solve it but it didn’t…

I uploaded a new build yesterday and still haven’t received an email confirmation from Apple or seen anything in App Store Connect. (I did get the email from bubble with the build file. Not sure what this is for.)

What does the email from bubble say? Are there two build files for android and iOS?

I’m also having problems getting the build for Apple… on the second try instead I got the one for Android… Do you have any news?

I believe you will need to remove one of your distribution certificates from your Apple developer account to resolve this error.
I encountered this problem earlier and this was the first step to solving the problem.

If that doesn’t help, then follow this documentation
