QR Code Scanner not working smoothly on iPhone

The free qr code scanner plugin is not working properly. It is asking for the camera permission every time I try to open the scanner on iPhone. I’ve tried different browsers too, but not working smoothly. What can i do now? I can buy the paid plugin but firstly I just want to make sure that this is not going to happen if I’ll use paid plugin.

On IOS the permissions are not persistent and are re-requested with every page load.

In PWA when you use “add to homescreen” it won’t ask every time but it’ll ask if the Hash ever changes.

If your iPhone’s camera isn’t recognizing QR codes, it can be pretty annoying, especially when you’re trying to scan something important. But don’t worry—there are a few things you can try to get it working again.

First off, make sure you’re holding the camera steady and pointing it directly at the QR code. Sometimes, it’s just a matter of getting the right angle or distance. If the QR code is too close or too far, the camera might have trouble reading it. Also, ensure the code isn’t blurry or damaged; the camera needs to pick up all those little squares clearly.

If that doesn’t work, check to see if the QR code scanning feature is enabled on your iPhone. Go to Settings, then scroll down to Camera, and make sure “Scan QR Codes” is turned on. If it’s off, that’s probably why your camera isn’t picking up the code.

If none of these solutions work, you can try to follow for more details instruction below.
