Questions on GoogleMaps API requests

Hi everyone,

I have two questions regarding the Google Map and Geocode API Keys.
I have it all set up and working but I really do not understand how the queries are counted.

  1. I will have to upload a csv with ~15.000 addresses. Will they be counted in my Google API requests? Under Places? or Geocoding? If so… I guess I will need to pay for it in Google because 15k is a lot!

  2. Suppose I now have my database with the 15k addresses. I will not use maps or other stuff, I will just have to do some ‘Do a search for’ with a constraint in the address. Will this count up on my queries again? How much will be the count? One per search? One per returned address? One per address in the database?
