Recording Duration - Hours & Minutes

Hi,
I need some help here.
I am creating a CRM to record task assignees time.
For an example, I’m working on BW13 Business Website Start Plan and I want to record time. So I go ahead and click on the “+” icon and a popup appears.

and then I enter the amount of minutes I’ve spent on the project and I need it to convert itself or another field referencing to this field to the duration format Hours : Minutes.

Is there a way to achieve this?
