Has anyone noticed when they log out of their application/website if you hit the back button it is usually still logged in.

An example. I logged into my site on my mobile. That window was there for 2 days. I opened that window and hit back on the browser and it showed still logged in.

So my question is: Is there something we can or should do specifically to make sure when we click log out in the workflow that it is 100% actually logged out?

Check that tab again and attempt to other type of logged in functions.

Once you log out you are out no matter if you open further tabs or go back to prior ones.
