RG were updating dynamically on pages, but I’m now not seeing any new entries until i hard refresh the page. Is this a new feature?

I see the same behaviour - in two places in my app - both are where a popup updates the DB, and then the repeating group on the page the popup was launched from doesn’t pickup that the db has changed (unless I refresh the whole page) - I am failry sure this used to work. I’ll do some tests but I’d like to add my whining voice to the thread. 
Experiencing the same problem in a popup where adding to the database and the repeating group are both in the popup. The popup is a reusable element.
