Replying to template buyers' comments

Hi @emmanuel
we’ve received a negative comment for one of our templates and I would like to get in touch with the person who left it in order to help them out and explain things. Can you please enable this somehow? Probably a link to their forum account would be a good solution?

If they check the box ‘show my email’ you have it in the email, otherwise we can’t do much there.

There should be at least a way to identify the reviewer otherwise it’d be subject to abuse
